We like to eat together. Come to the campus house on the first and third Friday of the month and eat up. We'll probably hang out and do something fun afterwards. Dinner starts at 7 (check our calendar for exact dates). September 3 is our first one. Chat Groups will be starting the first full week of September. Matt and Bethany Harris have been with Impact@CSU since June 2006. Originally from Illinois and Missouri, Matt and Bethany are thoroughly enjoying the mountains of Colorado. Before moving to Ft. Collins, the Harris’ spent a year working with university students in Prague, Czech Republic. Both enjoy reading, watching movies, traveling, thrift store shopping, scrabble, a good cuppa, Nimo’s sushi, and playing with their dog Boomer.
